The short version: we only collect what we need to call you back about TurboPhonics, we keep it safe, and we never share or sell it.
What we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email address, WhatsApp number, city or time zone, your child's first name and age, and anything you choose to write in the open question.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to contact you about the readiness call you asked for, to place your child in the right level, and to run the classes. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
Children's information
We only ever ask for a child's first name and age — never a photo, school, address or full date of birth. Classes are booked and attended with a parent or guardian.
How it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our database. Only the teacher running the program can see them. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete your details and we will do so promptly.
Advertising measurement
This page may include a Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta that tells us when someone who saw our advert submits the form. It helps us spend less on ads that don't work. It does not give Meta your child's details.
